Online Rehearsal

Today in the video, we did scene 7 to the ending. In scene 8 : When I say the line “But, but what” I need to sound a little annoyed then desperate to know what happened. In scene 9 : At first I got confused by the melody being changed but I heard the background music a few times so I caught on to it. In scene 10 : I already got used to the changed melody of the song but I lost one beat when I sang “At this place…” In scene 14 : When I was singing my part, I couldn’t really follow the rhythm because I was focused on the dance moves

Zoom Rehearsal - Ms Valerie

Today for the zoom rehearsal, we did all the lines from the start to the end with Ms Valerie. I felt happy that I could meet her again. In scene 1 : Ms Valerie told me that I should take out the also when I say my first line. In scene 3 : I need to talk slowly but still sound annoyed and angry. In scene 6 : I think I need to slow down my lines and try to sound more disbelieved by what Baptista and Petruchio said. In scene 8 : I need to sound a little more louder when I say “Is he deaf” even though I am shocked. In scene 9 : I need to sound more tired and sleepy. In scene 14 : I still need to show a big change of Katherine from the start to end

Overall it was really great to meet Ms Valerie and I think I need to keep practicing more so our D team can get the best team prize !
