For 1/13 practice, we did a full run on the musical with JA from song 1 to 7 and JB with song 8 to 12.
For song 4, my acting while singing still needs a little more refinement. However, I think I've managed to capture a good balance of emotion while still singing with high notes. I think that I am nearly finished on perfecting this song but I still need to experiment a little bit more. For the dialogue before the song, I need to give a little more big reaction when I say "ok" to Romeo. I should also wait a little bit more before I say "wait" when Romeo says yes to give the illusion of Romeo about to say something and me cutting him off before he says it.
For song 10, I think I also need to focus on putting a little more emotion into this song but otherwise I think I have perfected it. The timing between my song and my dialogue is a little confusing but I think I know the rhythm and time now. The high notes of this song are also achievable now and I think with a little bit of more singing practice, I can sing the desirable high notes.
