1. Mr. Brad's English Acting class

We first started off with some vocal warmups of acting like a king or a king rat. Then we started with the usual tongue twisters. This time, all of them were really easy. We then played a game called "strange hobbies" in which we go around and call on someone to tell us about their (strange) hobbies. Almost all the hobbies we had to come up with were toilets or bathrooms which was really funny. Then we read through scenes 7, 8, and 9 which I read Passepartout in scene 7. Lastly, we played two story-making games. In the first game, we had to name some words like a noun or an adjective which will end up being turned into a silly story. In the other game, we each went around and said one sentence to continue the story which there were really crazy plots that came out.

2. Mr. Bong's Acting class

We first started with the usual of putting our tongue behind our teeth and talking about what we did this week. Then we did some stretching and moved on to staccato/breathing. I think I have a (really) short-range of breathing which I need to improve on more. After that, we read some lines from the script with reactions, emotions, and tone/speed. We also did some improv in two different situations which I volunteered to do the 2nd one.

I heard that we all might be able to actually go to the "classroom" next week which I am really excited for!!
