After rehearsal, I first did a run with the guide. It was a little bit confusing though because the guide and I have different speeds when talking but it still was a really good time to compare my voice(?) with the guide. Also, the guide had a lot of ad libs which for some of them, I think I can use. Then I mostly practiced on my weakest parts. The director pointed out (again) my last line. This time she said I was angry(?). I think it might be because of how high and loud my voice sounded. So I decided on talking in the middle range. She also said that my Indian accent for the young parsee was not clear enough. So when I practiced, I tried on emphasizing the Indian voice range(?). I also practiced my new added role. I wasn't sure of how to sound Chinese/Cantonese while talking in English so I looked up on the internet and found a video on how to speak English Cantonese. But it was really confusing and hard ¤Ð¤Ð, so I ended up deciding on my own(?) way of speaking Chinese.

After one week, today would actually have been the first performance. I can't believe how time is going so fast !! Now that there's really not enough time left, I should start wrapping up my character(s) in time for the performance!!
