7/30, 7/31 Homework

For 7/30, some of the lines and places where I should stand got changed so I made sure to write them down. I practiced where exactly to stand so that I didn't confuse them and make a mistake. After practicing the new positions for the changed scenes, I took a video of the whole run. Throughout watching the video, I saw that my facial expressions were a bit lacking. I should work on smiling during scenes like the opening and ending, because I didn't seem very excited nor happy during these scenes. I should work on being more excited during these scenes so I an give the best feeling that I want during the two numbers. I should also work on having more certain expressions or emotions when giving a reaction or line.
For 7/31, I rechecked some of the positions as well as all the numbers for where I should enter and leave. The acting teacher also gave me and the Reform Club some tips for the musical. I should work on my posture the most because my current posture doesn't look very sophisticated or in line with rich gentlemen. I should research more postures so I can get the best product. He also told us to smile more during opening and ending so I should smile more as well. I did a run again while filming it, and compared to yesterday, my facial expressions got more clearer and precise but I still feel like I can use a little bit more emotion with them. I also smiled more during the opening and ending than yesterday but I couldn't maintain my smile throughout the whole numbers so I should practice that more.
